We are looking for HC Truck Drivers and Labourers to work within a busy team – depot located in Tomago.

The HC Truck Driver role will be working at the Asphalt Plant based at the Tomago depot.

LaboUrers will be working within the Spray Seal Team. The role will be based out of Tomago and travel throughout NSW.

To be successful in the HC Truck Driver role, you will need to:

  • Hold a HC license

  • Enjoy working in an outdoor environment

  • Be able to work flexible hours to meet operation requirements as well as work nights and weekend shifts as required

  • Have a valid WHS White Card

  • Completed a RII load restraint course (desirable)

  • Have a commitment to workplace health and safety

  • Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic

To be successful in the Labourer role, you will need to:
  • Be competent in general labouring duties within a spray seal crew / civil environment

  • Able to undertake a physical and labour intensive role
  • Be able to travel with the crew and live away from home
  • Be able to work flexible hours to meet operational requirements as well as work Night Shift and weekend shifts as and when required
  • Hold a valid WHS White Card
  • Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
  • Have a commitment to safety and adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures
Desirable qualifications and attributes include:
  • Current driver's licence
  • Experience in the road construction industry, landscaping, or faming environments
  • Competency using Rollers, Front End Loaders, Skid Steers & other mobile plant machinery
Due to the physical nature of this role, applicants must be willing to undergo a mandatory pre-employment medical, which will include a D&A screen.
